摘要
随着我国电力企业的不断发展,电力行业逐渐呈现出多元化发展趋势,对传统的管理模式提出了挑战。电力业务信息化管理模式作为电力企业发展的重要支撑,与电力企业的发展息息相关。本文通过分析我国电力业务信息化管理现状,总结存在的问题,从强化新兴技术融合应用、优化业务流程与架构、完善数据管理体系等方面提出解决策略,为电力业务信息化管理模式构建提供参考。
With the continuous development of China's power enterprises,the power industry has gradually shown a trend of diversification,which poses a challenge to the traditional management model.As an important support for the development of electric power enterprises,the information management mode of electric power business is closely related to the development of electric power enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of China's power business information management,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward solutions from the aspects of strengthening the integration and application of emerging technologies,optimizing business processes and architecture,and improving the data management system,in order to provide reference for the construction of power business information management mode.
