摘要
明萬曆十年攢造的山東東阿縣賦役黄册,爲近年發現的珍貴史料,是稀見的北方黄册,共計一百一十一葉。在這批黄册中,有四葉分别登載了正管户、帶管户和畸零户這三種不同類型的人户,爲黄册原件中所首見。其中,有兩葉黄册登載了畸零人户的户頭信息。黄册中登載的畸零人户,部分承擔里甲之役,亦有未僉派正役的人户。這一史實,體現了嘉靖後期畸零人户應役政策的轉變,亦顯示出至萬曆時期,資産仍爲畸零户的應役依據,明朝按照畸零户的實際能力僉充里甲正役。賦役黄册中登載的畸零人户,是明代後期人户應役範圍變化的具體體現。這一趨勢,爲一條鞭法在全國範圍内的推行奠定了堅實的基礎。
The rare northern yellow registers with 111 leaves created during the 10th year of Wanli period(1582)in Donge County,are precious historical data found in recent years.In this batch of registers,there are four leaves respectively listing the three different types of households Zhengguan households,Daiguan households and Jiling households for the first time in the original yellow registers.Among them,there are two leaves containing the information of Jiling households.Some of the Jiling households listed in the registers undertake the Li-jia corvee,and others do not undertake regular corvee,which reflects the change of the corvee policy of Jiling households in the late Jiajing period,and also shows that the corvee of Jiling households in Wanli period is still based on the principle of assets and actual ability of Jiling households.The Jiling households in the yellow registers show the change of the scope of the households in the late Ming Dynasty.This trend has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of One Whip Law throughout the Ming Dynasty.
