摘要
高血压临床治疗的药物普遍存在一定的副作用。桑源产物降血压肽具有天然来源、高安全性、明确的作用机制以及显著的降压效果,利用桑源产物制备蛋白活性多肽已成为新的研究热点。本文系统综述了高血压与ACE抑制肽的作用机制、ACE抑制肽的研究进展、桑源产物制备ACE抑制肽的方法以及ACE抑制肽的活性评价,旨在为桑源产物降血压肽的进一步研究和利用提供参考。
Medications commonly used for the clinical treatment of hypertension often have certain side effects.Peptides derived from mulberry sources that exhibit antihypertensive properties are characterized by their natural origin,high safety profile,well-defined mechanisms of action,and significant blood pressure-lowering effects.The preparation of bioactive peptides from mulberry sources has emerged as a new research focus.This review systematically discusses the mechanisms of action between hypertension and ACE inhibitory peptides,the research progress in ACE inhibitory peptides,methods for preparing ACE inhibitory peptides from mulberry sources,and the evaluation of the activity of these peptides.The aim is to provide a reference for further research and utilization of antihypertensive peptides derived from mulberry sources.
