摘要
南海西北陆坡一号沉船遗址发现了大量造型精美的外销黄铜器,具有浓厚的伊斯兰风格。对提取的出水铜器开展金相组织、合金成分以及微量元素分析。结果表明,沉船出水铜器的成形方式以锻制为主,薄壁器物占比大,制造水平较高;合金材质均为黄铜,根据技术和原料特征分析,此批铜器应为矿炼黄铜,并很有可能来自南方地区,分布集中的锌含量和较少的硫化物夹杂反映出工匠已经具备比较成熟的矿炼合金化技术。
A lot of beautifully crafted brassware,strongly influenced by Islamic design,has been recovered from the No.1 shipwreck in Northwest Continental Slope of the South China Sea.Metallurgical analysis,alloy composition assessments,and trace element analyses were performed on the recovered bronze vessels.The results show that the shaping method of the copper wares from the shipwreck is mainly forging,the thin-walled wares account for a large proportion of the wares,with a high level of manufacturing,and all the alloy materials are brass.Based on the analysis of the technology and characteristics of the raw materials,this batch of copper wares is likely made from mined brass,probably sourced from the southern region.The concentration of zinc and the low presence of sulfide inclusions suggest that the craftsmen possessed relatively advanced techniques for alloying mined materials.
