摘要
随着光伏产业的不断发展,废弃晶硅电池的回收问题变得日益紧迫。论文介绍了晶硅电池的结构及材料价值,以及废弃晶硅光伏组件的回收的3种工艺:物理法、热分解法以及化学溶剂法,对新型回收工艺进行探索,包括热解与溶剂结合回收工艺、物理与化学结合回收工艺和盐刻蚀回收法,从而不断追求创新废弃晶硅电池的回收工艺,以实现高效、环保和经济可行的回收目标,促进光伏产业的可持续发展,并推动该领域的进步。
With the continuous development of the photovoltaic industry,the recycling of waste crystalline silicon cells has become increasingly urgent.This paper introduces the structure and material value of crystalline silicon cells,as well as three kinds of recycling processes of waste crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules:physical method,thermal decomposition method and chemical solvent method,and explores new recycling processes,including pyrolysis and solvent recovery process,physical and chemical recovery process and salt etching recovery method.Thus,we continue to pursue innovative recycling processes for waste crystalline silicon cells to achieve efficient,environmentally friendly and economically viable recycling goals,promote the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry,and promote progress in the field.
