摘要
随着工业锅炉运行效率和安全要求的提高,对水质中氯离子浓度的准确监测变得至关重要,以避免腐蚀和结垢等问题。文章首先研究了工业锅炉水质中氯离子浓度的实时监测技术,分析了电位滴定法在现有水质监测中的局限性,并据此对电位滴定技术进行了改进设计,开发了一种新型在线检测系统。系统能够实时监测氯离子浓度,并通过数据图直观展示结果,其精确性和可靠性通过实例分析得到了验证。最后,文章探讨了该技术在提高工业锅炉运行效率和安全水平方面的应用价值,对现实工业操作具有指导意义,同时在理论上拓展了电位滴定法的应用范畴,为水质监测技术的发展提供了新的研究方向。
With the increasing efficiency and safety requirements of industrial boilers,accurate monitoring of chlorideion concentration in water quality has become crucial to avoid problems such as corrosion and scaling.This paper first studied the real-time monitoring technology of chloride ion concentration in industrial boiler water quality,analyzed the limitations of potentiometric titration method in existing water quality monitoring,and based on this,improved the design of potentiometric titration technology and developed a new online detection system.The system can monitor chloride ion concentration in real time and visually display the results through data graphs.Its accuracy and reliability have been verif ied through case analysis.Finally,this paper explores the application value of this technology in improving the operational eff iciency and safety level of industrial boilers,which has guiding significance for practical industrial operations.At the same time,it theoretically expands the application scope of potentiometric titration method,providing new research directions for the development of water quality monitoring technology.
