以粗氢氧化钴为原料生产电池级硫酸钴的实践

Practice of Producing Battery-Grade Cobalt Sulfate by Using Crude Cobalt Hydroxide as Raw Material

摘要 采用硫酸浸出粗氢氧化钴,中和法除铁,氟化钠除钙镁,用P204萃取铜、锰、锌等杂质,P507萃取分离镍和钴,经过MVR蒸发浓缩,冷却结晶,超声组合除油,流化床气流干燥,生产的硫酸钴产品质量符合电池级硫酸钴标准,钴回收率达到98%。 The crude cobalt hydroxide is leached with sulfuric acid.Iron is removed by the neutralization method,calcium and magnesium are removed by sodium fluoride.Impurities such as copper,manganese and zinc are extracted by P204,and nickel and cobalt are extracted and separated by P507.Through MVR evaporation and concentration,cooling crystallization,ultrasonic combined oil removal,and fluidized bed pneumatic drying,the quality of the produced cobalt sulfate product meets the standard of battery-grade cobalt sulfate,and the cobalt recovery rate reaches 98%.
