普洱茶龙珠生产线蒸箱改进设计与实验验证

摘要 为了解决普洱茶龙珠压制生产线上茶叶蒸润工位中成堆普洱茶蒸润不均匀的问题,使普洱茶在压制前被蒸润得更理想,以蒸箱中孔板孔隙率和蒸汽温度为变量,探究孔位参数及蒸汽温度对成堆普洱茶蒸润温湿度的影响,寻找最佳参数。利用三维模型软件建立出蒸箱的三维模型,孔隙率范围为0.042~0.181,温度范围为90~150℃,对蒸箱内部进行热流耦合分析,根据分析结果对结构进行改进,最后在普洱茶龙珠压制成形设备上进行压制成形实验。当茶叶放置在气孔右侧,孔板的孔隙率为0.042,蒸汽温度区间设置为100~120℃时,茶叶蒸润后含水率接近理论值,压制成形效果良好。 In order to solve the problem of uneven steaming of piled Pu'er tea at the tea steaming station in the Pu'er tea dragon ball pressing production line,so that the Pu'er tea can be steamed more ideally before pressing,the porosity and steam temperature of the orifice plate in the steamer were used as variables to explore the influence of pore position parameters and steam temperature on the temperature and humidity of the steamed pile of Pu'er tea,find the optimal parameters and establish the three-dimensional model of the steamer using the three-dimensional model software.The porosity ranged from 0.042 to 0.181,and the temperature range was 90°C to 150°C.When the tea is placed on the right side of the stoma,the porosity of the orifice plate is 0.042,and the steam temperature range is set to 100-120°C,the moisture content of the tea after evaporation is close to the theoretical value,and the pressing effect is good.
