摘要
企业主导型创新联合体通过整合企业、高校和科研机构的优质资源,推动协同创新以攻克关键技术难题,促进了资源共享与优势互补,提高了整体的创新效率。本文深入研究了企业主导型创新联合体的运行机制,分析企业在其中的主导作用及实现方式,结合实际案例探讨了实体型、任务导向型、体系化三种组织形式的特点及发展模式。基于此,本文提出应鼓励企业增加研发投入、健全联合体组织架构与运行机制、建立人才联合培养机制、出台支持政策及鼓励金融机构创新产品与服务的对策建议。本文的研究成果将有助于提升企业主导型创新联合体的协同创新能力,为企业主导型创新联合体的构建提供重要参考。
Enterprise-led innovation consortia promote collaborative innovation to tackle key technical problems by integrating high-quality resources from enterprises,universities,and scientific research institutions.That facilitates resource sharing and taps into complementary advantages,thereby improving the efficiency of overall innovation.This paper makes an in-depth study on the operation mechanism of enterprise-led innovation consortia,analyzing the leading role of enterprises and their ways to achieve it.Based on practical cases,it explores the characteristics and development models of three organizational forms,namely,entity-based,task-oriented,and systematized.Accordingly,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,including encouraging enterprises to increase research and development investment,improving the organizational structure and operation mechanism of consortia,establishing a mechanism for joint talent training,introducing supportive policies,and encouraging financial institutions to innovate their products and services.The research results of this paper will help enterprise-led innovation consortia enhance their capability of collaborative innovation,and provide important reference for their development.
