四川省PM_(2.5)污染及人口暴露风险研究

摘要 为探究四川省PM_(2.5)污染状况及人口暴露风险格局,基于2000—2020年四川省PM_(2.5)和人口数据,采用基尼系数和人口暴露风险模型分析四川省PM_(2.5)污染及人口暴露风险时空演化特征,利用地理探测器揭示PM_(2.5)人口暴露风险的影响因素。结果表明:2000—2020年四川省PM_(2.5)浓度呈东高西低分布,PM_(2.5)浓度变化以显著减少为主,到2020年96%分析单元低于二级浓度限值,PM_(2.5)污染状况明显好转。省域环境基尼系数值保持在正常区间,但各市(州)受PM_(2.5)污染影响的公平水准降低。研究期内四川省PM_(2.5)人口暴露风险呈东高西低态势,高风险区面积减少42.5%,PM_(2.5)对65岁以上老年人的影响在地理范围内扩大。社会经济因子的q值平均数高于自然环境因子,且任意双因子交互作用对PM_(2.5)人口暴露风险影响均增强。四川省大气污染防控政策应向敏感人群倾斜,同时注重各市(州)大气污染治理的均衡性,需统筹兼顾绿地保护、气象活动监测、产业结构优化等工作,推动区域大气环境可持续发展。 In order to explore the PM_(2.5)pollution status and population exposure risk pattern in Sichuan Province,the Gini coefficient and population exposure risk model were used to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of PM_(2.5)pollution and population exposure risk in Sichuan Province based on the PM_(2.5)and population data of Sichuan Province from 2000 to 2020,and the influencing factors of PM_(2.5)population exposure risk were revealed by using geographical detectors.The results showed that:from 2000 to 2020,the concentration of PM_(2.5)in Sichuan Province is high in the East and low in the west,and the change of PM_(2.5)concentration significantly reduced.By 2020,96%of the analysis units were less than the secondary concentration limit,and the pollution situation of PM_(2.5)was significantly improved.The provincial environmental Gini coefficient value remained in the normal range,but the fair level of cities and states affected by PM_(2.5)pollution decreased.During the study period,the exposure risk of PM_(2.5)population in Sichuan Province showed a trend of high in the East and low in the west,and the area of high-risk regions decreased by 42.5%.The impact of PM_(2.5)on the elderly over 65 years expanded in the geographical scope.The average q value of socio-economic factors was greater than that of natural environmental factors,and the impact of any two factor interaction on PM_(2.5)population exposure risk was enhanced.The air pollution prevention and control policy of Sichuan Province should be favorable to sensitive people,and stress on the balance of air pollution control in various cities and prefectures.It is necessary to take into account green space protection,meteorological activity monitoring,industrial structure optimization and other work,so as to promote the sustainable development of regional atmospheric environment.
