摘要
为提升电力输配电设备的质量保障与故障诊断能力,探索电声传感技术在电力输配电设备监测中的应用。首先,通过高灵敏度电声传感器实时采集设备运行中的声发射信号,利用短时傅里叶变换(Short-Time Fourier Transform,STFT)进行时频特征提取;其次,结合频谱分析技术与故障模式库进行匹配,精确识别潜在故障类型;最后,通过基于声学特征的动态运维策略,优化维修决策和资源分配。测试结果表明,该方法的故障诊断准确率较高、诊断时间较短,显著提高了维修效率。
In order to improve the quality assurance and fault diagnosis ability of power transmission and distribution equipment,the application of electroacoustic sensing technology in power transmission and distribution equipment monitoring is explored.Firstly,the acoustic emission signals in the operation of the equipment are collected in real time by high-sensitivity electroacoustic sensors,and the time-frequency features are extracted by Short-Time Fourier Transform(STFT).Secondly,the spectrum analysis technology is combined with the fault pattern library to accurately identify the potential fault types;Finally,through the dynamic operation and maintenance strategy based on acoustic characteristics,the maintenance decision and resource allocation are optimized.The test results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy of this method is high,the diagnosis time is short,and the maintenance efficiency is significantly improved.
