摘要
为了提高双级式隔离型中压直挂光储(double-stage isolated medium-voltage direct-linked PV-battery,DIMDPVB)并网系统的功率密度,扩大其稳定运行范围并实现自适应相间功率平衡,提出一种单级式隔离型中压直挂光储混合(single-stage isolated medium-voltage direct-linked PV-battery-hybrid,SIMD-PVBH)级联并网系统。首先,采用单级式隔离型DC/AC变换省去中间直流环节解耦电容,提高系统功率密度,并利用全桥翻转模块实现高电压增益子模块拓扑;其次,通过光储混合级联方案解决局部光伏遮挡导致的相内功率变换单元过调制问题,扩大系统稳定运行范围;然后,综合考虑光伏中压大功率并网与多路最大功率点跟踪(maximum power point tracking,MPPT)运行需求,采用一种相间共直流母线-相内多直流母线的接线方式,该方式在实现多路MPPT运行的基础上还具备自适应相间功率平衡能力;最后,搭建了一套10kV/1.5MW的仿真系统,验证了所提出的SIMD-PVBH级联并网系统的可行性。
In order to improve the power density of the double-stage isolated medium-voltage direct-linked PV-battery(DIMD-PVB)grid-connected system,to expand its stable operation range,and to achieve adaptive inter-phase power balance,a single-stage isolated medium-voltage direct-linked PV-battery-hybrid cascade(SIMD-PVBH)cascade grid-connected system is proposed.Firstly,the single-stage isolated DC/AC converter is used to eliminate the decoupling capacitance of the intermediate DC link to achieve high power density operation,and a high voltage gain sub-module to-pology based on the full-bridge flip-module is proposed.Secondly,the PV-battery-hybrid cascade method is used to solve the over-modulation problem of the inner-phase power conversion cell caused by local PV shadow occlusion,which ex-pands the stable operation range of the system.Then,the requirements of PV medium-voltage high-power grid-connected and multipath maximum power point tracking(MPPT)operation are taken into account,and a wiring method of using a common DC bus between phases and multiple DC buses within phases is adopted,which has adaptive inter-phase power balance capability on the basis of achieving multipath MPPT operation.Finally,a 10 kV/1.5 MW simulation system has been built to verify the feasibility of the proposed SIMD-PVBH cascade grid-connected system.
