摘要
探究前瞻性护理在脑膜瘤切除术患者疾病干预中的应用价值。选取2023年1月—2023年12月医院收治的50例脑膜瘤切除术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施前瞻性护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,术前,两组患者的生活质量比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后,观察组生理健康、心理状态、独立能力、社会关系评分和总分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者的应对方式评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后,与对照组相比,观察组面对评分更高,回避和屈服评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组首次下床时间、排便时间和住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脑膜瘤切除术患者采取前瞻性护理具有显著价值,能够改善患者的应对方式,提高患者的生活质量,优化患者的护理效果,降低并发症发生率。
To explore the application value of prospective nursing in the disease intervention of patients undergoing meningioma resection.A total of 50 patients undergoing meningioma resection admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received prospective nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that before the operation,there was no statistical difference in the quality of life between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the operation,the scores of physical health,mental state,independent ability,social relationship and the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before the operation,there was no statistical difference in the coping style scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the operation,compared with the control group,the facing score of the observation group was higher,and the avoidance and yielding scores were lower(P<0.05).Thefirst out-of-bed time,defecation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that implementing prospective nursing for patients undergoing meningioma resection has significant value,which can improve the patients’coping styles,enhance their quality of life,optimize the nursing effect,and reduce the incidence of complications.
