压电陶瓷的增材制造技术进展

摘要 压电陶瓷的传统制造方法,如模压、注浆和切削等,缺乏设计的灵活性和创新性,制造精度不够,且材料利用率和生产效率都不高。为突破传统制造技术的限制,具有独特逐层构建原理的增材制造(AM)技术应运而生。由此,综述了AM技术在压电陶瓷领域的优劣势,及其关键应用,并特别强调了光固化技术(如立体光刻技术和数字光处理技术)与粉床融合技术(如选择性激光烧结技术和选择性激光熔化技术)在精确制造复杂几何形状的压电陶瓷方面的先进优势。最后,展望了AM工艺的持续改进方向,如环境友好型无铅压电材料的研发和压电材料多功能一体化设计,以期拓展其在传感器、能量收集器和生物医学工程上的应用范围。 Traditional manufacturing methods for piezoelectric ceramic fabrication,such as press molding,slip casting,and machining,are hampered by their lack of design flexibility,innovation constraints,precision limitations,suboptimal material utilization,and inefficient production yields.To surmount these limitations,additive manufacturing(AM)has been introduced,leveraging a layer-by-layer construction mechanism.This comprehensive review examines the pros and cons of AM within the piezoelectric ceramic sector,highlighting its critical applications with a particular focus on the cutting-edge advantages of photopolymerization techniques like stereolithography(SLA)and digital light processing(DLP),and powder bed fusion(PBF)technologies,including selective laser sintering(SLS)and selective laser melting(SLM),for the precision manufacturing of intricate piezoelectric ceramic geometries.The review culminates with prospective insights into the refinement of AM technologies,such as the development of environmentally benign lead-free piezoelectric materials and integrated multifunctional design of piezoelectric materials.These advancements aim to expand their application horizons in areas such as sensor technology,energy harvesting systems,and biomedical engineering.
