摘要
目的研究血常规与C反应蛋白联合检测在小儿细菌性肺炎诊断中的意义。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年1月贵定县人民医院收治的58例细菌性肺炎患儿(疾病组)与同期58名健康儿童(健康组)的诊疗资料,对比两组的血常规与C反应蛋白检测结果,比较各指标单独及联合检测诊断细菌性肺炎的效能。结果疾病组的血常规与C反应蛋白水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。血常规与C反应蛋白的联合检测的诊断效能优于单一指标检测,其灵敏度为96.55%(56/58)、特异度为94.83%(55/58)、准确度为95.69%(111/116)、阳性预测值为94.92%(56/59)、阴性预测值为96.49%(55/57)。结论血常规与C反应蛋白的联合检测在细菌性肺炎患儿的诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可以提升诊断的准确度、特异度和灵敏度。
Objective To study the significance of blood routine and C-reactive protein detection in the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia in children.Methods The diagnosis and treatment data of fifty-eight children with bacterial pneumonia admitted to Guiting County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023(disease group)and fifty-eight healthy children in the same period(healthy group)were retrospectively selected,and the blood routine and C-reactive protein detection results of the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of each index alone and combined detection was compared.Results The blood routine and C-reactive protein levels in the disease group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of combined detection of blood routine and C-reactive protein is better than that of single index detection,the sensitivity was 96.55%(56/58),specificity was 94.83%(55/58),accuracy was 95.69%(111/116),positive predictive value was 94.92%(56/59)and negative predictive value was 96.49%(55/57).Conclusion The combined detection of blood routine and C-reactive protein has high application value in the diagnosis of children with bacterial pneumonia,which can improve the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis.
