摘要
沱江大桥主桥为主跨238m的独塔双索面钢箱梁非对称空间扭曲钢塔斜拉桥,针对本工程,综合考虑建设条件、结构性能、施工难度、安全风险、经济性等因素,整个上部结构采取塔梁同步作业、先梁后索施工工艺。主梁均采用顶推施工,主塔采用少支点+横撑+临时拉索的结构体系进行安装,临时结构拆除结合永久索安装交叉进行,采用有限元软件建立桥梁及临时结构整体模型,基于无应力状态法开展上部结构架设研究。
The main bridge of Tuojiang River Bridge is a cable⁃stayed bridge with single⁃pylon and double⁃cable⁃plan steel box girder,whose main span is 238m.In this project,the construction conditions,structural performance,construction difficulty,safety risk,economy and other factors are considered.The main girder is constructed by jacking,the main tower is installed by the structural system of few fulcrum⁃transverse brace⁃temporary cable,and the temporary structure is disassembled and jointed,and the permanent cable is installed interchangeably,the integral model of bridge and temporary structure is established by finite element software,and the research of superstructure erection based on non⁃stress state method is carried out.
