摘要
文章分析了物探钻机的结构组成,重点对钻杆自动化装卸、动力头旋转控制和液压系统节能技术进行分析,并以此为基础,从钻进系统优化设计、液压系统优化设计两方面着手,提出新型物探钻机优化设计方案。测试结果表明,优化设计方案具有显著的性能提升效果,装卸效率提升40%,能耗降低23%,该设计方案具有良好的工程应用价值,能够为相关人员提供参考。
This paper analyzes the structure of geophysical prospecting drilling rig,focusing on the analysis of the automatic loading and unloading of the drill pipe,the rotation control of the power head and the energy-saving technology for the hydraulic system.And based on this,it proposes the optimization design scheme for the new geophysical prospecting drilling rig from two aspects:the optimization design of the drilling system and the optimization design of the hydraulic system.The test results show that the optimization design scheme has a significant performance improvement effect,the loading and unloading efficiency is increased by 40%,the energy consumption is reduced by 23%,the design scheme has good engineering application value and can provide reference for relevant personnel.
