摘要
目的探究针刺蝶腭神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法非随机选取鄂尔多斯市中医医院于2023年6—12月收治的70例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各35例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行针刺蝶腭神经节治疗,比较两组的疗效、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的有效率为100.00(35/35),高于对照组的82.86%(29/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.557,P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺蝶腭神经节治疗AR的效果良好,患者的生活质量较高,且不良反应少。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture on allergic rhinitis(AR)and its influence on quality of life.Methods Seventy patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Ordos Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received acupuncture treatment of sphenopalatine ganglion.The efficacy,quality of life and occurence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 100.00(35/35),which was higher than 82.86%(29/35)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.557,P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion is effective in the treatment of AR,the quality of life of patients is higher,and the adverse reactions are less.
