摘要
蔬菜质量安全是社会高度关注的热点,提高蔬菜品质和质量安全,实现提质增效是蔬菜科研的目标。为了促进威宁县蔬菜产业绿色高质量可持续发展,该文根据威宁县蔬菜农药残留现状,调查导致农药残留超标的原因及近年来在降低农药残留上取得的成效,并对调查结果进行综合分析,提出对策措施。
The quality and safety of vegetables is a hot topic of great concern.Improving the quality and safety of vegetables and achieving quality and efficiency are the goals of vegetable research.In order to promote green,high-quality and sustainable development of Weining vegetable industry.According to the current situation of pesticide residues in vegetables in Weining,this paper investigated the causes of excessive pesticide residues and the achievements in reducing pesticide residues in recent years,and made a comprehensive analysis of the survey results and put forward countermeasures.
