摘要
在中国医疗技术发展下,腹腔镜在临床应用十分广泛,特别对胸科疾病治疗中,如双腔支气管导管,能达到单肺通气,使手术中获得的视野更大,在外科手术中发挥重要的应用价值。基于双腔管气管插管引起的肺部感染、心脏功能损伤以及神经肌肉阻滞等并发症,使麻醉科和胸外科对保留自主呼吸非气管插管麻醉电视胸腔镜手术予以重点关注。本文通过麻醉方式、适应证和禁忌证方面分析,明确保留自主呼吸非气管插管麻醉电视胸腔镜手术的应用作用,彰显其一定价值。
Under the development of medical technology in China,laparoscopy is widely used in clinical practice,especially in the treatment of thoracic diseases.For example,the double-lumen bronchial catheter can achieve single lung ventilation,make the field of vision obtained in the operation is larger,and play an important application value in surgery.Based on the complications such as pulmonary infection,cardiac function damage and neuromuscular block caused by endotracheal intubation,the department of anesthesiology and thoracic surgery paid close attention to the TV thoracoscopic surgery of reserved spontaneous breathing non-endotracheal intubation anesthesia.Through the analysis of anesthesia methods,indications and contraindications,this paper clarified the application of TV thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous breathing non-endotracheal intubation,and highlights its certain value.
