摘要
目的 探讨基于家庭参与式医护(FICare)模式护理对早产儿母乳喂养、母亲适应及自我护理能力的影响。方法 收集2022年2月至2024年2月于厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院,厦门市妇幼保健院新生儿科,厦门市围产一新生儿感染重点实验室分娩的100例产妇及其早产儿,参考随机数表法,将其分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50),对照组展开常规护理,试验组予以基于FICare模式护理,比较两组早产儿的母乳喂养状况、产妇的母亲适应水平、自我护理能力。结果 住院期间、3月龄时,试验组早产儿的母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后,试验组产妇的母亲角色适应能力分数、自我护理能力测定量表分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 早产儿中展开基于FICare模式护理有助于改善早产儿的母乳喂养状况,促进产妇的母亲适应水平、自我护理能力进一步提高。
Objective To analyze the impacts of family integrated care(FICare)based model on breastfeeding,maternal adaptability and self-care agency of preterm infants.Methods A total of 100 puerpera and preterm infants admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University,Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Xiamen Key Laboratory of Perinatal Neonatal Infections from February 2022 to February 2024 were collected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50)with reference to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the experimental group was treated with FICare based model.The breastfeeding status,maternal adaptability and self-care agency of the two groups of preterm infants were compared.Results During hospitalization and at the age of 3 months,the breastfeeding rate of preterm infants in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of maternal role adaptability and the exercise of self-care agency scale in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out FICare based model in preterm infants is helpful to improve the breastfeeding situation of preterm infants and promote the maternal adaptability level and self-care agency of puerpera.
