摘要
雌孕激素在女性的生长发育和生殖健康中起着重要作用,在围绝经期,由于卵巢功能衰退,女性体内雌激素水平降低导致神经内分泌功能失调,从而引起自主神经功能紊乱和精神神经症状等一系列临床症候群。而绝经期激素替代治疗(MHT),包括雌激素治疗和雌孕激素治疗,能够明显改善以上不适症状。不同特征人群乳腺癌的患病风险有差异,而在MHT与乳腺癌的关系中,人群特征因素的影响也不容忽视。文章对人群特征因素在MHT与乳腺癌关系中的影响研究进展进行了综述。
Estrogen and progesterone play an important role in women's growth,development,and reproductive health.During perimenopause,due to the decline of ovarian function,estrogen levels in women's bodies decrease,leading to neuroendocrine system disorders,autonomic nervous system dysfunction,and a series of clinical syndromes such as psychiatric symptoms.Menopausal hormone replacement therapy(MHT),including estrogen therapy and estrogen progestogen therapy,can significantly improve the above discomfort symptoms.The risk of breast cancer varies among people with different characteristics,and the influence of population characteristics cannot be ignored in the relationship between MHT and breast cancer.This article reviews the research progress of the influence of population characteristics on the relationship between MHT and breast cancer.
