有机硅耐高温涂料的制备及性能研究

摘要 基于有机硅树脂为初步成膜物质,以多种不同熔点的低熔点玻璃粉作为二次成膜物质,设置有机硅树脂、功能性树脂、不同熔点的低熔点玻璃粉、颜填料的含量梯度进行试验,通过对比研究了各原料在配方中的含量与漆膜耐高温性能的关系,制备了可在600℃下长期使用的白色有机硅耐高温涂料。试验结果表明,当有机硅树脂含量在25%~35%,功能型树脂含量10%,两种玻璃粉含量均在5%~15%,国产钛白粉含量在15%~25%,滑石粉含量在10%~20%时,漆膜拥有良好的施工性能和耐高温性能。 With silicone resin as the primary film forming material and a variety of low melting point glass powder with different melting points as the secondary film forming material,the content gradients of organic silicone resin,functional resin,low melting point glass powder with different melting points and pigment filler were set up for experiments.The relationship between the content of each raw material in the formula and the high temperature resistance of the paint film was studied by comparison.A white silicone high temperature resistant coatings which can be used at 600℃for a long time was prepared.The results showed that when the content of silicone resin is 25%-35%,the content of functional resin is 10%,the content of two kinds of glass powder is 5%-15%,the content of domestic titanium dioxide is 15%-25%,and the content of talcum powder is 10%-20%,the paint film has good construction performance and high temperature resistan ce.
