摘要
褐纹病是茄子主要病害之一,严重影响茄子产量和品质,早期研究报道茄子褐纹病病原菌主要为褐纹拟茎点霉(Phomopsis vexans)。为明确茄子褐纹病病菌种类,对褐纹病病菌进行了分离、鉴定,对发病及健康样品进行了ITS扩增子测序。研究结果表明,结合形态学和分子生物学方法,分离获得的褐纹病病菌鉴定为Diaporthe vexans、D.sojae和D.unshiuensis 3种。对健康和发病茄子植株微生物群落分析发现,褐纹病的发生水平与间座壳菌丰度相关。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了3种病菌对4种杀菌剂的敏感性,研究结果表明,戊唑醇、咪鲜胺、丙硫菌唑和吡唑醚菌酯对茄子褐纹病病原菌生长均有明显抑制作用,其中咪鲜胺抑菌活性最强,平均EC_(50)值为0.019μg/mL。研究结果为茄子褐纹病的防治提供了基础和依据。
Eggplant brown rot is one of the main diseases of eggplant,which seriously affects the yield and quality of eggplant.Early studies have reported that the pathogen of eggplant brown rot is mainly Phomopsis vexans.In order to clarify the pathogen species,the pathogen was isolated and identified,the diseased and healthy eggplant samples were analyzed through ITS amplicon sequencing.The results showed that the isolated pathogens were identified as Diaporthe vexans,D.sojae and D.unshiuensis by morphological and molecular biological methods.The microbial community analysis of healthy and diseased plants showed that the occurrence level of eggplant brown rot disease was related to the abundance of D.spp.The sensitivity of the above three pathogens to four fungicides was determined by mycelial growth rate method.The results indicated that tebuconazole,prochloraz,prothioconazole and pyraclostrobin had obvious inhibitory effects on the colony growth,among which prochloraz showed the highest inhibitory activity,with an average EC_(50) value of 0.019μg/mL.The results provide a basis for the prevention and control of eggplant brown rot disease.
