摘要
精神障碍者的边缘化处境,阻碍了社区康复服务开展,不利于其社会融入。本文以K市社区精神障碍康复项目为基础,通过行动研究探索社会联结促进城市精神障碍者边缘化处境改善的可行路径。研究发现,城市精神障碍者处于心理和社会双重边缘化的困境,社会工作通过促进其自我联结、增进家庭联结、拓展同伴联结、倡导社区联结,可以有效改善精神障碍者及其家庭面临的心理边缘和社会边缘处境,在服务依从、社会交往、家庭关系及社会参与等方面成效明显。此外,本研究还针对如何在城市社区中优化社区康复路径提出了建议,即注重提升精神障碍者的主体性,推动不同康复主体间的组织联结以及促进康复服务的结合性发展等。
People with mental disorders are in the plight of social marginalization,which hinders the development of community rehabilitation services and is not conducive to their social integration.Based on the Kunming Community Mental Disability Rehabilitation Project,this paper explores feasible the pathways of social connectedness to promote the marginalized situation of people with mental disabilities in urban areas through action research.This study found that urban people with mental disorders are in the dilemma of both psychological and structural marginalization.Social work can effectively improve the psycholo-gical and structural marginalization of people with mental disorders and their families by promoting their self connectedness,enhancing family connectedness,expanding peer connectedness,and advocating community connectedness.It has achieved remarkable results in service compliance,social interaction,family relationships,and social participation.In addition,this study also puts forward suggestions on how to optimize the community rehabilitation path in urban communities,i.e.,focusing on enhancing the subjectivity of people with mental disorders,promoting the organizational connect between different rehabilitation subjects as well as facilitating the combined development of rehabilitation services.
