某坝后式水电站压力管道垫层管代替伸缩节仿真分析

Simulation Analysis of Cushion Pipe Instead of Expansion Joint in Pressure Pipeline of a Hydropower Station Behind Dam

摘要 坝后式水电站引水压力管道在厂坝间永久缝的过缝结构已有诸多研究,其中一种型式为垫层管代替传统过分结构套筒式伸缩节。通过对某坝后式水电站压力管道垫层管代替伸缩节仿真分析,得到垫层管、加劲环管段、加劲环、垫层及外包混凝土等关键结构的应力变位数据,证明其在本工程中应用的可行性,相关的数据成果也可供其他工程参考。 There have been many studies on the joint structure of the permanent joints between the dam and the dam in the diversion pressure pipeline of the dam-back hydropower station.One of the types is the cushion pipe instead of the traditional over-structure sleeve expansion joint.Through the simulation analysis of the cushion pipe instead of the expansion joint of the pressure pipeline of a dam-rear hydropower station,the stress deformation data of the key structures such as the cushion pipe,the stiffening ring pipe section,the stiffening ring,the cushion and the outer concrete are obtained,which proves the feasibility of its application in this project.The relevant data results can also be used as reference for other projects.
