摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理在小儿腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术后护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年12月在遵义市第一人民医院接受腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术的94例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(47例)与对照组(47例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人文关怀护理。比较两组焦虑水平、疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率、睡眠质量。结果 干预后,两组儿童焦虑敏感性指数评分及面部表情疼痛量表评分均低于干预前,且观察组评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均低于干预前,且观察组评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理能够有效减轻腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术后患儿的焦虑和疼痛,减少术后并发症,并有助于改善睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in postoperative nursing of children undergoing laparoscopic cryptorchidism descent and fixation surgery.Methods A total of 94 children who underwent laparoscopic cryptorchidism descent and fixation surgery in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the observation group(47 cases) and the control group(47 cases) by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care nursing.The anxiety levels,pain scores,incidence of postoperative complications,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the childhood anxiety sensitivity index and faces pain scale scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can effectively alleviate anxiety and pain in those of children undergoing laparoscopic cryptorchidism descent and fixation surgery,reduce postoperative complications,and help improve sleep quality.
