Reflection on the Indigenization of the Theory and Practice of Career Education in Higher Education

摘要 近年来,我国高校生涯教育的重要性日渐凸显,对于生涯教育的理论探讨与实证研究也日益增多,但中国特色生涯教育理论与实践体系构建仍处于探索阶段,急需符合中国国情、高校生涯教育实际、大学生成长成才规律的生涯教育本土化理论与实践创新。本文从问题导向、实践生发、实证探究、理论构建四个角度探讨高校生涯教育理论与实践的本土化路径,并从场域、领域、对象三个面向探讨本土化生涯教育理论构建的内涵与要点。 In recent years,the importance of career education in higher education in China has become increasingly prominent,and the theoretical discussion and empirical research on career education are also increasing.However,the construction of the theory and practice system of career education with Chinese characteristics is still in the exploratory stage,and there is an urgent need for the indigenization theory and practice innovation of career education that conforms to China's national conditions,the reality of college career education,and the laws of college students'growth and development.This paper discusses the indigenization path of the theory and practice of career education in high education from the four perspectives of problem orientation,practice generation,empirical research and theoretical construction,and discusses the connotation and key points of the construction of the theory of indigenous career education from the three aspects of field,domain and player.
