摘要
通过介绍HXD21000机车出现的变流柜柜门过滤网故障现象,目前采取的措施主要有拆除变流柜上过滤网中的滤棉和对牵引变流器盖板绝缘优化,但未彻底解决此问题。针对主变流过滤网的缺陷,提出对过滤网的过滤棉进行材质更换和增加栅格板设计从而达到不会因为模块等故障而导致着火事故的发生,对过滤网重新设计后,通过对栅格板的强度分析、整柜温升仿真和试验验证,其中试验结果表明采用现车改装后过滤器装双层栅格绝缘板,过滤器中装阻燃过滤棉的方案,满足柜体温升要求,试验方案和仿真结果基本一致,达到预期目的。
Through the introduction of the HXD21000 locomotive appeared in the converter cabinet door filter mesh failure phenomenon,the current measures are mainly taken to remove the filter cotton in the filter mesh on the converter cabinet and optimise the insulation of the cover plate of the traction converter,but completely solve this problem.In view of the defects of the main converter filter,the proposed filter cotton on the filter for material replacement and increase the grid plate design so as to achieve the module and other faults will not lead to the occurrence of fire accidents,after the redesign of the filter,through the strength analysis of the grid plate,the whole cabinet temperature rise simulation and experimental validation,in which the experimental results show that the use of the current car modified filter installed after the double-layer grid insulating panels,filters installed in the fire-retardant filter cotton programme,to meet the cabinet temperature rise,the cabinet can be used for the filter.The test results show that using the modified filter with double-layer grid insulating board and flame retardant filter cotton in the filter meets the temperature rise requirement of the cabinet,and the test programme and simulation results are basically consistent and achieve the expected purpose.
