摘要
文章对公共图书馆“十四五”战略规划文本中的信息资源建设内容进行分析,以期为我国“十五五”时期信息资源建设的规划提供参考和借鉴。从内容体系、服务供给、管理与保障、全生命周期建设流程四个方面分析“十四五”期间公共图书馆信息资源建设重点。研究发现,“十五五”时期,公共图书馆应该共同探寻信息资源建设的新业态新模式,迎接新的机遇和挑战,以新质生产力赋能公共图书馆信息资源建设,实现公共图书馆的高质量发展。
This paper analyzes the content of information resource construction in the text of the 14th Five-Year Plan of public libraries,and provides reference for the planning of information resource construction in China during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.It analyzes the key points of information resources construction of public libraries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from four aspects:content system,service supply,management and guarantee,and whole life cycle construction process.It is found that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,public libraries should jointly explore new formats and new models of information resource construction,meet new opportunities and challenges,empower public library information resource construction with new quality productive forces,and achieve high-quality development of public libraries.
