摘要
聚芳酯类热致液晶聚合物(TLCP)作为高性能材料应用广泛。系统综述TLCP树脂合成技术进展,重点关注熔融、溶液、界面缩聚方法的原理、条件及改进措施。研究方法包括分析各合成方法的反应过程、控制条件及优缺点,探讨催化剂与单体设计成果。结果表明,传统合成方法在不断完善,新型催化剂与功能性单体进一步提升了TLCP性能。虽然TLCP合成技术取得了一定进展,但仍面临挑战,未来TLCP合成技术将朝着绿色、高性能、多功能方向发展。
Polyarylester thermotropic liquid crystal polymers(TLCPs)are extensively utilized as high-performance engineering materials.A comprehensive review was conducted to evaluate advancements in TLCP resin synthesis technologies,with focused anal-ysis of polycondensation methodologies including melt-phase,solution-phase,and interfacial approaches.Methodological analysis en-compassed systematic examination of reaction mechanisms,process control parameters,and optimization strategies across synthesis routes.Comparative assessment of catalytic systems and monomer design configurations was performed to elucidate performance en-hancement mechanisms.The findings indicate that iterative refinements to conventional synthesis protocols,coupled with novel cata-lyst development and functional monomer engineering,significantly enhanced TLCP material properties.While substantial progress has been achieved in TLCP synthesis,persistent technical limitations were identified.Future research trajectories are projected to pri-oritize sustainable synthesis pathways,performance optimization through molecular engineering,and multifunctional material architectures.
