航迹-航向自动舵调试专用设备设计与实现

摘要 针对自动操舵装置在修理调试阶段缺乏导航设备相配合,且无法在静止状态下验证自动舵的航向和航迹控制功能的问题,文章设计制作了一种航迹-航向自动舵调试专用设备。该专用设备通过数字船对船舶需出航才能开展的动态指标进行测试,对一些关键参数如舵角、航向进行采样,完成静态、动态性能分析,较好地解决了修理调试问题;同时,还能对自动舵与综导、罗经等外接接口的通信功能进行测试,大大节约时间,提升调试保障效率和效果。 Addressing the issue of the lack of navigational equipment to complement autopilot during repair and debugging phases,and the inability to verify the heading and track control functions of the autopilot in a static state,this paper presented the design and fabrication of specialized equipment for debugging of track and heading autopilots.This specialized equipment utilizes digital ship simulation to test dynamic indicators that typically require the vessel to be underway.It samples key parameters such as rudder angle and heading,enabling comprehensive static and dynamic performance analysis,thereby effectively resolving repair and debugging challenges.Additionally,it is capable of testing the communication functions between the autopilot and external interfaces such as integrated navigation systems and compasses,significantly saving time and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of debugging and support.
