某型齿轮泵传动轴花键断裂故障分析

摘要 【目的】探究某型齿轮泵随限速器长试过程中发生传动轴花键断裂的原因,提高齿轮泵的寿命和可靠性。【方法】通过理化分析、结构设计复查以及有限元仿真等方法对传动轴花键进行失效分析。【结果】传动轴花键采用的电火花加工工艺方式是疲劳裂纹萌生的主要原因,同时限速器与齿轮泵安装接口倒角尺寸超差,装配拧紧后密封圈挤出密封区域,导致齿轮泵端盖承受异常支反力产生变形,影响内部零件结构间隙,最终造成传动轴转动卡死并断裂。【结论】针对传动轴花键断裂原因,制定了改善加工工艺方式、加强接口尺寸控制等措施,经仿真分析和试验验证,证明了以上措施的可行性。该问题的解决提高了齿轮泵的使用寿命和可靠性,为同类传动轴断裂故障分析提供了依据和参考。 [Purposes]This paper aims to identify the reasons for the spline fracture of the transmission shaft of a certain type of gear pump during the long-term test with a speed limiter and to improve the life and reliability of the gear pump.[Methods]In this paper,failure analysis of the transmission shaft spline was conducted through physical and chemical analysis,structural design review,and finite-element simulation calculation methods.[Findings]The use of the electric spark machining process for the transmission shaft spline is the main cause of the initiation of fatigue cracks.Meanwhile,the chamfer size of the installation interface between the speed limiter and the gear pump exceeds the tolerance.After assembly and tightening,the sealing ring is extruded out of the sealing area,causing the end cover of the gear pump to bear abnormal reaction forces and deform,affecting the structural clearance of internal parts,and finally resulting in the rotation of the transmission shaft being stuck and fractured.[Conclusions]Improvement measures such as optimizing the machining process and tightening the control of interface size have been formulated according to the reasons for the fracture of the transmission shaft spline.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,the feasibility of these measures has been proved.The solution of this problem has improved the life and reliability of the gear pump and provided a basis and reference scheme for the analysis of similar transmission shaft fracture failures.
