高职院校工科学生职业使命感培育现状与对策——以新能源汽车技术专业为例

摘要 随着新能源汽车产业向高质量转型,高职院校新能源汽车技术专业学生的培养质量对新能源汽车工业发展意义重大。新能源汽车技术专业学生作为未来工业的主力,承担着推动技术进步与产业升级的使命,是新能源汽车制造业发展的重要支撑。高素质的专业人才,不仅要熟练掌握电池管理、电机控制等核心技术,更需心怀强烈的职业使命感与社会责任感。但目前,高职院校在学生职业使命感培育上存在不足,课程体系缺乏系统性,教学模式陈旧,实践环境也不利于使命感培养。因此,高职院校应结合自身实际,优化课程、创新教学、改善实践环境,探索出符合专业特色的培育路径,为新能源汽车产业输送优质人才。 With the high-quality transformation of the new energy vehicle industry,the training quality of students majoring in new energy vehicle technology in higher vocational colleges is of great signifi cance to the development of the new energy vehicle industry.Students majoring in new energy vehicle technology,as the main force of the future industry,shoulder the mission of promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading and are an important support for the development of the new energy vehicle manufacturing industry.High-quality professionals not only need to master core technologies such as battery management and motor control profi ciently,but also need to have a strong sense of vocational mission and social responsibility.However,at present,there are defi ciencies in the cultivation of students'vocational mission sense in higher vocational colleges.The curriculum system lacks systematicness,the teaching mode is outdated,and the practical environment is not conducive to the cultivation of mission sense.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should,in light of their actual situations,optimize curricula,innovate teaching methods,improve the practical environment,and explore cultivation paths that conform to the characteristics of the major,so as to provide high-quality talents for the new energy vehicle industry.
