“岗课赛证”融通育人模式探索——以《新能源汽车维护与故障诊断》课程为例

摘要 随着新能源汽车行业的迅猛发展,高职院校课程与市场需求的匹配度日益成为人才培养的核心问题。《新能源汽车维护与故障诊断》课程作为培养技术型人才的重要课程,其传统教学模式存在内容与市场需求脱节、课堂组织形式单一、思政元素缺乏等问题,无法满足行业对高素质技能人才的需求。本文基于“岗课赛证”融通育人模式,从课程内容优化、校企合作资源整合、职业素养培养以及思政教育融入等多个维度,探讨其在课程设计、实施与评价中的具体策略。研究结果表明,“岗课赛证”融通育人模式通过理论与实践的有机结合,有效提升了课程教学质量,促进了学生实践能力和职业素养的全面发展。本文为新能源汽车专业教育改革提供了理论支持与实践指导。 With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,the matching degree between the curriculum of higher vocational colleges and the market demand has increasingly become the core issue of talent training.As an important course for cultivating technical talents,the traditional teaching mode of"New Energy Vehicle Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis"has problems such as disconnection between content and market demand,single classroom organization form,and lack of ideological and political elements,which cannot meet the industry's demand for high-quality skilled talents.Based on the"Job-class Competition"integration and education model,this paper discusses the specifi c strategies in curriculum design,implementation and evaluation from multiple dimensions such as curriculum content optimization,school-enterprise cooperation resource integration,professional quality cultivation and ideological and political education integration.The results show that through the organic combination of theory and practice,the"Job-class Competition"integration education model eff ectively improves the quality of course teaching and promotes the all-round development of students'practical ability and professional quality.This paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of new energy vehicle professional education.
