汽车节气门前壳体压铸模流分析与配套薄壁模具镶件结构优化研究

摘要 为了解决了汽车节气门前壳体压铸件在压铸生产中缩孔、缩松、局部烧附和模具冲蚀的痛点,利用SupreCast智铸超云模流分析软件进行了模流分析,整体充填过程中产品部分区域存在充填死角,存在一定困气风险,产品一个区域缩孔风险较大,3#浇口附近的模芯区域冲蚀风险较高。针对此问题,对异形模具镶件薄壁处设计了配套的异形/随行水路,配套镶件采用了3D金属嫁接打印制造,并建议对异形/随行水路模具镶件的表面进行涂层处理,研究结果为薄壁类压铸件和配套的薄壁压铸模具镶件的设计与制造提供参考。 In order to solve the pain points of shrinkage,porosity,local burning,and mold erosion in the die-casting production of automotive throttle front housing castings,SupreCast intelligent casting super cloud mold flow analysis software was used for mold flow analysis.During the overall filling process,there were filling dead corners in some areas of the product,which posed a certain risk of trapped gas.There was a high risk of shrinkage in one area of the product,and a high risk of erosion in the mold core area near gate 3.In response to this issue,a matching irregular/accompanying waterway was designed for the thin-walled part of the irregular mold insert.The matching insert was manufactured using 3D metal grafting printing,and it is recommended to coat the surface of the irregular/accompanying waterway mold insert.The research results provide reference for the design and manufacturing of thinwalled die-casting parts and matching thin-walled die-casting mold inserts.
