摘要
为了提升高速公路桥梁实心高墩的施工效率与质量,本文研究了爬模施工工艺。通过对爬模组件准备、连接系统安装、安全保护设施设立等组装步骤的详细阐述,以及塔吊布置、上下安全通道设置、桁架首次提升、模架拼装、混凝土首次浇筑等施工工艺流程的深入探讨,明确了各项施工环节的具体方法和操作要求,以期实现实心高墩施工的稳定、高效、安全进行,为高速公路桥梁建设提供技术支持和参考。
In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality of solid high piers of highway bridges,the construction technology of climbing formwork is studied.Through the detailed elaboration of the assembly steps such as the preparation of climbing formwork components,the installation of connection systems,and the establishment of safety protection facilities,as well as the in-depth discussion of the construction process such as tower crane layout,upper and lower safety passage setting,truss first lifting,formwork assembly,concrete pouring for the first time,etc.,the specific methods and operation requirements of each construction link are clarified,in order to realize the stable,efficient and safe construction of solid high piers,and provide technical support and reference for highway bridge construction.
