低温热泵用于降低污泥含水率的研究——以东风柳汽为例

摘要 随着城市扩张速度加快,叠加制造业产值的持续增长,废水处理设施中产生的污泥数量持续上升,处置问题愈发显著。传统污泥处理方法如填埋、焚烧等不仅成本高昂,而且环境污染严重,难以满足日益严格的环保要求。近年来,低温热泵技术作为一种新型的污泥减量技术,因其高效、节能、环保等优势受到了广泛关注。本文以东风柳州汽车有限公司为例,详细探讨了低温热泵技术在污泥减量中的应用及其带来的环境与经济效益。通过引入低温热泵技术,东风柳汽成功将污泥含水率从80%~85%降至30%以下,平均减重率达到了60%,有效降低了环境压力,履行了企业社会责任。同时,该技术还带来了显著的经济效益,年净效益为144.3万元。 With the acceleration of urban expansion and the continuous growth of manufacturing output value,the amount of sludge generated in wastewater treatment facilities continues to rise,and the disposal problem is becoming more and more significant.Traditional sludge treatment methods such as landfill and incineration are not only costly,but also polluting and difficult to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements.In recent years,low-temperature heat pump technology,as a new sludge reduction technology,has attracted extensive attention due to its advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.Taking Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper discusses in detail the application of low-temperature heat pump technology in sludge reduction and the environmental and economic benefits it brings.Through the introduction of low-temperature heat pump technology,Dongfeng Liuzhou has successfully reduced the moisture content of sludge from 80%~85%to less than 30%,and the average weight reduction rate has reached 60%,effectively reducing environmental pressure and fulfilling corporate social responsibility.At the same time,the technology has also brought significant economic benefits,with an annual net benefit of 1.443 million yuan.
