新工科下纺织工程专业人才培养面临着新的挑战和机遇,基于OBE教育理念的探索成为解决这些问题的有效方法。OBE教育理念强调学生的学习成果和能力培养,以实现学生的综合发展和适应未来职场需求为目标。文章阐述新工科背景下的教育变革及纺织工程专业人才培养的重要性,分析新工科背景下纺织工程专业人才培养所面临的挑战,探讨新工科背景下基于OBE教育理念的纺织工程专业人才培养的方法,展望未来纺织工程专业人才的培养前景。
Under the new engineering course the cultivation of talents in textile engineering is facing new challenges and opportunities.Exploring based on the OBE education concept has become an effective method to solve these problems.The OBE educational philosophy emphasizes the cultivation of students'learning outcomes and abilities,with the goal of achieving their comprehensive development and adapting to future workplace needs.This article elaborates on the educational reform under the background of new engineering and the importance of talents cultivation in textile engineering.It analyzes the challenges faced by talent cultivation in textile engineering under the background of new engineering,it explores the methods of talent cultivation in textile engineering based on OBE education concept under the background of new engineering and the prospects for future talent cultivation in textile engineering.
