摘要
采用机械活化后的煤矸石粉固化胶结煤矸石机制砂和粗骨料,研究矿渣粉掺量、碱含量、骨料含量对地聚合物强度的影响,探究煤矸石基地聚合物自胶结固化制备护坡砖的可行性。结果表明:纯煤矸石基地聚合物28 d抗压强度可达14.9 MPa,密度均匀、尺寸稳定,可用于制备护坡砖。考虑到煤矸石利用率和护坡砖强度,煤矸石基地聚合物自胶结固化护坡砖最优的碱含量为10%~15%,矿渣粉掺量≤20%,碱激发剂模数为1.0~1.2。通过调节碱含量、矿渣粉掺量和碱激发剂模数,可以制备出工作性能良好,28 d抗压强度大于30 MPa的试样,使煤矸石基地聚合物自胶结固化煤矸石骨料制品符合大部分路基护坡砖的强度要求。
After mechanical activation of gangue powder curing cemented gangue mechanism sand and aggregate,research on mineral powder mixing,alkali content,alkali exciter modulus content on the strength of the ground polymer,to explore the feasibility of preparation of slope protection bricks by self-cementation and solidification of coal gangue-based geopolymer.The results show that the 28 d compressive strength of pure coal gangue-based polymer products can reach 14.9 MPa.With uniform density and stable dimensions,they can be used for the production of slope protection bricks.Considering both the utilization rate of coal gangue and the strength of the samples comprehensively,the optimal alkali content is 10%~15%,the slag powder admixture amount is≤20%,and the alkali activator modulus is 1.0~1.2.By adjusting the alkali content,mineral powder dosing and alkali exciter modulus,specimens with good working performance and 28 d compressive strength greater than 30 MPa can be prepared,so that the gangue base polymer self-cohesive curing gangue aggregate products meet the strength requirements of most road base slope protection bricks.
