摘要
为了配制出可模拟Ⅲ级围岩的相似材料,以石英砂、重晶石粉、石膏粉、白水泥、硅油和水为原材料研制出一种新型围岩相似材料。选取砂骨比、石膏含量、白水泥含量和水含量4个因素,每个因素设置4个水平,设计四因素四水平正交试验方案。对16组配比试验进行单轴压缩试验和直剪试验,得到不同配比下的材料物理力学参数,采用极差分析法对各力学参数进行影响因素的敏感性分析。结果表明:砂骨比是重度的主要控制因素,石膏含量是抗压强度、弹性模量和内摩擦角的主要控制因素,白水泥是黏聚力的主要控制因素。能较好模拟Ⅲ级围岩的相似材料配比为石英砂:重晶石粉∶石膏∶白水泥∶水∶硅油=34.4∶51.6∶4∶1∶8∶1。
In order to prepare a similar material that can simulate Grade III surrounding rock,a new type of surrounding rock similar material is developed using quartz sand,barite powder,gypsum powder,white cement,silicone oil and water as raw materials.A total of 16 orthogonal experimental schemes are developed by setting four factors of sand to aggregate ratio,gypsum content,white cement content and water content,with four levels for each factor.The uniaxial compression tests and direct shear tests on the samples are conducted to obtain physical and mechanical parameters at different ratios,and the range analysis method is used for sensitivity analysis.The results indicate that the sand to aggregate ratio is the main control factor for the weight,the gypsum content is the main control factor for compressive strength,elastic modulus and internal friction angle,and the white cement is the main control factor of cohesion.The mix proportion of similar material that can better simulate the Grade III surrounding rock is quartz sand∶barite powder∶gypsum powder∶white cement∶water∶silicone oil=34.4∶51.6∶4∶1∶8∶1.
