金尾矿水泥砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能影响研究

摘要 金尾矿用于制备水泥砂浆有助于砂浆性能的改善和固废资源化利用,但其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能仍需进一步开展研究。本文探究了金尾矿掺量对水泥砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。分别使用金尾矿替代30%和60%的细砂并制备了水泥砂浆,使用硫酸盐溶液浸泡模拟硫酸盐侵蚀环境,测试了水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度、侵蚀后抗压强度、超声波损伤特性测试和应力—应变曲线。结果显示,金尾矿替代30%细砂后,水泥砂浆的密实度显著提升,28 d砂浆抗压强度相比于未替代试样提升了20%以上。同时金尾矿的加入显著抑制了外界硫酸根离子的渗透,在硫酸盐侵蚀后砂浆强度体现先上升后下降的趋势,替代后砂浆28 d损伤度相比于未替代试样下降了20%左右。金尾矿替代适量细砂会提高水泥砂浆密实度与耐久性。大量研究表明金尾矿可用于混凝土制品中,但其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能仍需进一步开展研究,本文可为消纳金尾矿、提高水泥砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能提供指导。 The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of gold tailings content on the sulfate resistance of cement mortar,aiming to enhance mortar performance and utilize solid waste resources more effectively.Methods:In this study,gold tailings were utilized as a partial replacement for fine sand at 30%and 60%,resulting in the preparation of cement mortar specimens.A sulfate solution was employed to simulate an environment prone to sulfate attack.The compressive strength,flexural strength,erosion-induced compressive strength reduction,ultrasonic damage characteristics,and stress-strain behavior of the cement mortar were evaluated.The results show that after substituting 30%of fine sand with gold tailings,the compactness of cement mortar was significantly enhanced,leading to a more than 20%increase in compressive strength of mortar compared to the unreplaced samples.Simultaneously,the incorporation of gold tailings effectively impeded the ingress of external sulfate ions.Following sulfate attack,the mortar exhibited an initial strength gain followed by a subsequent decline.The degree of damage in mortar after 28 days of substitution decreased by approximately 20%,compared to the unreplaced samples.Appropriate replacement of fine sand with gold tailings enhanced both the compactness and durability of cement mortar.A significant body of research has demonstrated the potential utilization of gold tailings in concrete products,but further investigation is required to enhance its resistance against sulfate attack.This study aims to offer valuable insights into the elimination of gold tailings and the enhancement of cement mortar's resistance to sulfate attack.
