摘要
目的讨论2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者应用司美格鲁肽、依折麦布片联合方案的效果与意义。方法选取2023年7月-2024年6月南京市江宁医院收治的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者86例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组43例,参照组采取依折麦布片等常规治疗,研究组在此基础上采取司美格鲁肽疗法。比较两组治疗效果、冠心病缓解情况、血糖控制效果、炎症因子。结果研究组治疗总有效率比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组心绞痛持续时间、发作频率、发作疼痛评分、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平较参照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论联合使用司美格鲁肽、依折麦布片可以有效缓解2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的病情,血糖、心绞痛发作等情况均改善,炎症减轻,疗效理想。
Objective To discuss the effect and significance of the combined regimen of smeglutide and ezetimibe tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with CHD admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment such as ezetimibe tablets,and the study group was treated with smeglutide on this basis.The therapeutic effect,remission of CHD,blood glucose con-trol effect and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treat-ment in the study group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration,frequency,pain score of angina pectoris,glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and fasting plasma glucose,interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in the study group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of smeglutide and ezetimibe tablets can effectively alleviate the condition of patients with type 2 diabe-tes mellitus complicated with CHD.The blood glucose and angina pectoris attacks were relieved,the inflammation is reduced,and the curative effect was ideal.
