流动餐饮摊点食品安全问题及对策建议

摘要 流动餐饮摊点凭借其灵活性、便捷性和低成本的特点,在许多城市和乡镇地区得到了广泛发展,尤其是在夜市、小吃街等地,成为满足消费者需求的重要组成部分。然而,流动餐饮摊点的监管往往存在漏洞,且由于场所简陋、设施简易,从而容易造成食品安全问题。因此,如何加强流动餐饮摊点的食品安全监管,成为当下亟待解决的问题。本文分析了当前流动餐饮摊点面临的主要食品安全问题,并提出了相关对策建议,以期推动食品安全保障体系的完善。 With its flexibility,convenience and low cost,mobile catering stalls have been widely developed in many cities and township areas,especially in night markets,snack streets and other places,and become an important part of them to meet the needs of consumers.However,there are often loopholes in the supervision of mobile catering stalls,and because of the simple places and simple facilities,it is easy to cause food safety problems.Therefore,how to strengthen the food safety supervision of mobile catering stalls has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the main food safety problems faced by the current mobile catering stalls,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the improvement of the food safety guarantee system.
