米拉多铜矿的原矿运输线采用下行运输胶带机系统,该系统由转载胶带机和两段主运输胶带机组成,传动系统采用SINAMICSS120四象限变频器。该变频器具有高精度控制和高效节能特性,实现了电能再生和节能环保的双重功能。详细介绍了SINAMICSS120四象限变频器的基本组成、工作原理、能量回馈机制、电压和电流的高精度控制、无级调速及功率平衡、通讯系统、安装与参数设定等方面的内容。通过实际应用,SINAMICSS120四象限变频器在米拉多铜矿项目中表现出色,有效提高了带式输送机的输送效率,减少了机械冲击和能量浪费。
The raw ore transportation line of the Mirador Copper Mine adopts the downward transporta-tion belt conveyor system.The system is composed of a transfer belt conveyor and two main transportation belt conveyors.The transmission system adopts the SINAMICS S120 four-quadrant frequency converter.The inverter has the characteristics of high precision control and high efficiency and energy saving,and realizes the dual functions of electric energy regeneration and energy saving and environmental protection.The basic composition,working principle,energy feedback mechanism,high precision control of voltage and current,stepless speed regulation and power balance,communication system,installation and parameter setting of SINAMICS S120 four-quadrant inverter are introduced in detail.Through practical application,SINAMICS S120 four-quadrant frequency converter has performed well in the Mirador Copper Mine project,effectively improves the conveying efficiency of the belt conveyor and reduces the mechanical impact and energy waste.
