2021年-2022年甘肃省小麦条锈菌生理小种变异监测

Monitoring the variation of physiological races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici in Gansu province during 2021-2022

摘要 小麦条锈菌Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici引起的小麦条锈病是我国小麦上的重要病害,对小麦的安全生产造成极大的损失。本研究通过对2021年和2022年甘肃省928份标样进行生理小种鉴定,结果表明:贵22类群为当前的第一优势类群,出现频率分别为52.11%和61.87%,Hybrid类群的出现频率分别为33.31%和37.18%,水源11类群的出现频率分别为11.90%和0.69%,洛13类群出现频率分别为1.41%和0.23%,洛10类群出现频率分别为0.40%和0,中四类群出现频率0.40%和0;条中34号为第一优势小种,出现频率分别为30.71%和43.65%,条中32号出现频率分别为20.20%和28.87%,条中33号的出现频率分别为5.86%和0.46%。优势类群主要由贵22类群、Hybrid类群及水源11类群组成,优势小种由条中34号和条中32号组成。甘肃小麦条锈菌对主要的抗性基因Yr3、Yr3b/4b、Yr6、Yr9、YrA和Yr27的感病率在77.98%~99.08%之间,对Yr26的感病率分别为50.51%和61.75%,对Yr5的感病率分别为31.52%和0.69%,对Yr10的感病率分别为66.06%和73.27%。条中34号代表的贵22类群为当前甘肃条锈菌的第一优势类群,中四类群降低明显,已经很难被监测到。小麦抗条锈育种应以兼抗条中34号和条中32号为主,尤其在甘肃冬小麦育种上。 Wheat stripe rust,caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),is an important wheat disease in China,leading to significant yield losses.In this study,928 samples from Gansu province were identified using differential hosts.The results showed that in 2021 and 2022,the G22 group was the most dominant pathogenic group,accounting for 52.11%and 61.87%,respectively.The Hybrid group accounted for 33.31%and 37.18%,while the SU11 group accounted for 11.90%and 0.69%.The Lovrin 13 group accounted for 1.41%and 0.23%,the Lovrin 10 group for 0.40%and 0,and the Zhong 4 group for 0.40%and 0,respectively.The occurrence frequency of CYR34 was 30.71%and 43.65%,CYR32 was 20.20%and 28.87%,and CYR33 was 5.86%and 0.46%,respectively.The dominant pathogenic groups consisted of the G22 group,the Hybrid group and the SU11 group,while the dominant races consisted of CYR34 and CYR32.The infection rates of Pst in Gansu province for the major resistance genes Yr3,Yr3b/4b,Yr6,Yr9,YrA,and Yr 27 range between 77.98%to 99.08%.For Yr 26,the infection rates are 50.51%and 61.75%respectively.For Yr 5,the infection rates are 31.52%and 0.69%respectively.For Yr 10,the infection rates are 66.06%and 73.27%respectively.The G22 group represented by CYR34 is currently the dominant pathogenic group of Pst in Gansu.The Zhong 4 group declined significantly and is now difficult to detect.Wheat breeding should focus on resistance to CYR34 and CYR32,especially consideration for winter wheat in Gansu province.
