摘要
针对中央水泵房半自动化监控方式效率低下、运行可靠性差、人员劳动强度较大等问题,为进一步提高煤矿排水系统运行效率及可靠性,促进井下中央水泵房管理水平提升,通过对计算机控制及自动化监测技术的研究,提出一种基于PLC控制及智能传感融合检测网络的井下中央水泵房自动化监测方案,对相应软硬件系统进行设计,系统采用PLC作为控制核心,使用多种智能传感器对中央水泵房水仓液位、水泵压力及流量等核心运行参数进行实时采集,并通过通信网络传输实现地面调度中心的远程实时监测、数据分析管理及故障报警等功能,实现中央水泵房远程自动化监控。经实际测试,系统可实现中央水泵房无人值守,有效提高泵房设备运行效率,为泵房安全稳定运行提供可靠保障。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,poor operational reliability,relatively high personnel labor intensity and others in the semi-automation monitoring way of the central water pump room,in order to further improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the coal mine drainage system and promote the improvement of the management level of the downhole central water pump room,through research on computer control and automation monitoring technology,a downhole central water pump room automation monitoring scheme based on PLC control and intelligent sensing fusion detection network is proposed.The corresponding software and hardware systems are designed,and the system adopts PLC as the control core.Multiple intelligent sensors are adopted to conduct real-time collection of core operating parameters such as the liquid level of the water tank,the flow rate of the water pump press and so on in the central water pump room.The remote real-time monitoring,data analysis management,fault alarm and other functions of the ground dispatch center are realized through communication network transmission,and remote automation monitoring of the central water pump room is achieved.Through practical testing,the system can achieve unattened of the central water pump room,effectively improving the operational efficiency of the pump room equipments and providing reliable guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the pump room.
