摘要
乘用车驾驶过程前挡玻璃起雾是非常普遍的现象,也是发生事故的隐患。本文阐明车辆驾驶过程起雾发生原因,以及车辆除雾的模式策略。某款电动车型在除雾过程,出现初期雾气程度加重的反常现象。对此故障进行系统的分析,确认故障发生的原因,通过修改策略,最终解决该问题。通过该问题分析解决过程,表明了电动车和传统燃油车在除雾策略上会有所区别,需要做一些调整,为行业内其它厂商在电动车空调系统除雾问题上提供分析思路和方法。
Fogging of the front windshield during passenger car driving is a common phenomenon and a potential hazard for accidents.This article explains the causes of fogging during vehicle driving and the mode strategies for vehicle defogging.During the defogging process of a certain electric vehicle model of our company,there was an abnormal phenomenon of increased fog intensity in the initial stage.Conduct a systematic analysis of this malfunction,identify the cause of the problem,modify the strategy,and ultimately resolve the issue.Through the analysis and solution process of this problem,it has been shown that there will be differences in defogging strategies between electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles,and some adjustments need to be made.Provide analytical ideas and methods for other manufacturers in the industry to address the issue of defogging in electric vehicle air conditioning systems.
