基于驱动拨盘式秸秆翻埋机的设计与试验研究

摘要 设计了一种驱动拨盘式秸秆翻埋机,通过优化整机结构和动力系统,实现了高效稳定的秸秆搂集与翻埋。通过田间试验验证了机具的搂集率、掩埋深度等关键性能,结果表明在最佳参数组合下,搂集率达96.1%,掩埋深度符合国家标准。设计的翻埋机具有良好的作业效率和土壤改良效果,适用于中小规模农业生产。 A driving disc-type straw plowing and burying machine was designed,achieving efficient straw collection and burying by optimizing the structure and power system.Key performance of the machine such as straw collecting rate and burial depth was verified through field experiment.Results showed that under optimal parameters,the straw collecting rate reached 96.1%,and the burial depth met national standards.The designed machine had good operational efficiency and soil improvement effect suitable for small and medium-sized agricultural production.
