摘要
目的总结2022年10月我院收治的1例妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者产后并发腹壁巨大血肿的护理体会。护理要点包括早期识别与处理腹壁巨大血肿,严密监测病情变化,警惕隐匿性出血,制定并实施个性化容量管理方案,正确处理血栓形成的潜在风险与抗凝治疗中断之间的矛盾。经过12 d的积极治疗和护理,患者病情稳定,转肾内科行专科规范治疗。出院1周后随访,状况良好。
Objective The nursing experience of a pregnant woman admitted to our hospital with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)complicated with huge abdominal wall hematoma after delivery in October 2022 was summarized.The key points of nursing included early identification and management of huge abdominal wall hematoma,close monitoring of disease changes,vigilance of hidden bleeding,formulation and implementation of personalized volume management plan,and correct handling of conflicts between potential risk of thrombosis and interruption of anticoagulation therapy.After 12 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable,and was transferred to the department of nephrology for specialized standard treatment.At follow-up 1 week after discharge,the patient was in good condition.
